What is the minimum order quantity? +

There is no minimum order requirement at Sparked Essentials. You can order from just 1 unit. Bulk discounts apply automatically: 10–49 units saves 10%, 50–99 units saves 20%, and 100+ units gets our best price.

How do I place an order? +

Use our Quote Request form, message us on WhatsApp, or email [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours with a Proforma Invoice.

Can I order samples before bulk ordering? +

Yes! Sample orders are charged at standard unit prices plus shipping. When you place a bulk order after being satisfied with samples, the sample cost is credited against your first bulk invoice.

How long does delivery take? +

Air freight: 3–7 business days worldwide. Sea freight: 14–35 days. Road freight within Europe: 2–5 days. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Do you ship worldwide? +

Yes β€” we ship to 120+ countries globally via our logistics partners. Some restricted or sanctioned countries may be excluded. Contact us if you are unsure about your destination country.

Will I get tracking information? +

Yes. Once dispatched we send you the tracking number, carrier name and a link to track in real time. For sea freight we provide the Bill of Lading reference number.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT and USDC. We do NOT accept Western Union or MoneyGram. Payment details are only provided on official invoices.

Do I need to pay 100% upfront? +

New customers with orders under $5,000 require 100% upfront. Larger orders and returning customers may qualify for split payments. See our full Payment Terms page.

Are all products authentic and genuine? +

100% yes. All products are authentic and sourced from authorised distributors and manufacturers. We hold full supply chain documentation and are ISO 9001, GMP, NAFDAC and FDA certified.

Do you offer custom or white-label packaging? +

Yes, for orders of 500+ units per SKU we can arrange custom packaging with your brand logo. Lead time for custom packaging is 15–20 business days. Contact us for a custom packaging quote.

What if I receive damaged goods? +

Photograph the damage immediately, keep all original packaging, and notify us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

What is your return policy? +
