1. Anti-Counterfeiting Policy
Sparked Essentials has zero tolerance for counterfeit goods. All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised distributors. We maintain full supply chain documentation and conduct regular supplier audits. Any vendor supplying counterfeit goods is immediately removed and reported to authorities.
2. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance
We comply fully with EU, US and UN export control regulations and sanctions lists. We do not ship to sanctioned countries or restricted entities. All customers are screened against international sanctions lists before order approval.
3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all business accounts and large transactions. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. We accept only legitimate business payments through verified, traceable channels.
4. Product Safety Standards

We are committed to reducing environmental impact through sustainable packaging initiatives, partnerships with carbon-neutral freight carriers, waste reduction in warehouse operations, and full compliance with EU environmental directives.
6. Labour & Human Rights
We do not work with suppliers that use child labour, forced labour, or violate workers’ rights. All suppliers sign our Supplier Code of Conduct before approval. We conduct regular supplier audits to maintain standards.
